Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey sure know how to make the most of the weekend.
"The Big Bang Theory" star announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Pelphrey on her Instagram Stories Wednesday. A representative for Cuoco later confirmed the couple's engagement to USA TODAY.
Cuoco shared a photo of the couple, dated Aug. 10, in which they can be seen sweetly nuzzling their faces. Cuoco proudly held up her hand to show off the square-cut engagement ring. "Amazing weekend," she wrote.
"What a wild, beautiful journey life can be," Cuoco added alongside a video close-up of the ring. "Grateful for every road that led me straight to you (Tom Pelphrey)."
Cuoco and Pelphrey weren’t the only ones over the moon about the romantic milestone. The actress also posted a black-and-white photo of the couple walking with their 1-year-old daughter Matilda in an outdoor area.

Pelphrey reposted Cuoco's engagement photo on his Instagram Stories, as well as a family pic of the couple embracing Matilda. Cuoco's engagement ring sparkled as she laid her hand against Pelphrey’s arm in the photo.
Cuoco and Pelphrey's engagement comes two years after the couple met at an "Ozark" premiere in April 2022.
"We have the same manager (Andrea Pett-Joseph), and we were set up by (her), which is so Hollywood. She's like, 'Oh my God, I think you guys are perfect for each other,' " Cuoco told USA TODAY in a May 2022 interview. "Tom walked in, and I heard his voice, and I turned around, and it was like my life was over, or just starting. It hit me. It was love at first sight. We were immediately connected."
