The Chainkeen ExchangeGuns N' Roses concert at Chase Field on Wednesday has been canceled so the Arizona Diamondbacks can host Game 3 of the best-of-five National League Division Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers that night.
But, Guns N' Roses are still playing.
They've just moved it down the road to the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre.
"Congrats to the Arizona Diamondbacks! As the playoffs land on Oct. 11, unfortunately the Chase Field show has been canceled," the band announced on Instagram Friday. "We have added a new show in its place on the same day at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. We aim to accommodate as many Phoenix fans as possible."
People who had tickets to the band's show at Chase Field were eligible for a refund and given a presale code to purchase tickets at the new venue.
Many fans, however voiced their frustration with Chase Field for double-booking and the new process to go to the concert.
"Stadium’s staff didn’t believe the team would make it to the playoffs," one fan commented. Another added: "The AZ Diamondbacks executive office are at fault for this snafu— should have never happened."
One ticketholder commented, "This is a slap in the face for the people who bought txs early and have good seats.. They had to plan another day in the same stadium and grant the same Ticket."
"I now can not stand (my mom taught me to not use the word hate) the Diamondbacks organization for costing me a couple thousand to rearrange my plans to see GnR. Very conveniently they postponed then ‘canceled’ the show. Moved it to a smaller place. Gave you 24 hour window on a weekend to purchase a new ticket. But refund does not come till sometime later. Aggravating," another fan commented.

What does the change of venues mean for ticketholders?
If you were a ticketholder to the originally scheduled Chase Field show, you will receive a refund from Ticketmaster. You will also receive an email for access to an exclusive presale for the newly scheduled show at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre.
When do tickets go on sale for the new location?
Tickets for the new location went on sale Sunday, Oct. 8, at ticketmaster.com.
